Conference Registration and Check-in:

  • 8 AM to 9 AM. Workshops begin at 9 AM and 2 PM.
  • Because space is limited for several of the workshops, early registration before September 8 is encouraged to assure a place in your preferred workshops.
 

Cancellation Policy:

If you are unable to attend, the following options are available:
  • Send a substitute; all registrations transferable; refund requests must be received in writing by Friday, September 24.
  • Registration fees (less $20 administration costs) will be refunded to the payer by PayPal or by check approximately 10 days after the conference.
