The New Mexico Chapter of the American Society for Training and Development is collaborating with NM ISPI (International Society for Performance Improvement) and NM ICF (International Coaches Federation) to host a 1-day Professional Development Conference October 1, 2004 at the Hyatt Regency Tamaya Resort and Spa.

Our luncheon speaker is Ms. Rita Bailey, Former Director of Southwest Airlines University for People. While with Southwest Rita directed a 36-member team focused on Leadership, Career Development, and Professional/Personal programs for over 32,000 Employees. Rita now serves as an ASTD National Board Member and CEO for QVF Partners, Ltd. She works with organizations and individuals who are serious about creating People focused cultures and relationships.
