Keynote Speaker for 2010:
Dr. Katharine Winograd, President Central New Mexico Community College

We are pleased to welcome Dr. Winograd as the keynote speaker for our 2010 Conference!

Dr. Winograd is in a "league of her own."

She is the first female president of the college and finalized an agreement for the highest level of partnership with the University of New Mexico in either institution's history.

Dr. Winograd is also a highly respected leader in the New Mexico higher education community and a strong proponent for student success, educational reform, educational collaboration and building stronger partnerships with business and community organizations.
