About Brooks Goddanti, MA, PhD fellow Brooks has a BBA, an MA, and is a PhD fellow in Organizational Development Psychology. In her everyday life Brooks creates self administered instruments that assess employee attitudes and perceptions. She conducts surveys that focus on managerial training needs, and she tracks with an eye to quality the presentation and delivery of training modules for State Personnel Office Training Bureau. Brooks delivers monthly and bimonthly classes in the “Keirsey Bates and MBTI”, “Dealing-With-Difficult People”, “Employment Law”, “Managing Employee Performance”, and “Business Ethics”. |
