July Lunch
Meeting:
Who You Already Are!
by Daren Parks, Regional Athletic Director
Do you see it where you work? Shaken confidence, second-guessing, uncertainty, even some fear? Everywhere we see people are "locking down" to survive.
As leaders and trainers we are charged with the unwritten task of delivering more than training: Our charge is to empower our participants.
